Right of withdrawal

Almost all Saal Digital products are manufactured individually for you. This is especially true for photo products that you design using your own images, text, layouts, or other personal content. Since these products are produced specifically according to your instructions, processing typically begins immediately after the order is completed. Therefore, subsequent changes or cancellations are generally not possible. For products that are individually manufactured, personalized, or clearly tailored to your order, there is generally no right of withdrawal under the applicable legal provisions.

Withdrawal is therefore generally only possible for products that have not been individually manufactured or personalized and for which a right of withdrawal or cancellation exists under the applicable law. Withdrawal may also be excluded for additional products if they cannot be ordered separately, do not have their own separate price, or are functionally and economically linked to a personalized product.
