When will my order arrive?

How do I check my order status:

Note for the "E-mail address" field

Important: Please enter in the field "E-Mail address", the e-mail address which you used with your order.

Note on "order number"

In the "Order number" field, please enter the order number that you received in the order confirmation. We have sent this to you by email.

I have not received an order number

If you have not received an order number,

1. please click  here
2. Then click on "Query order status".

You will then receive all the information about your order.

Please note that you will receive the same information if you call us. It is much quicker, easier and more convenient for you to use the resources available on the website.
