How do I recognize transportation damage?

You can easily recognise transportation damage when the packaging, as well as the product inside it, is damaged.
Transportation damage may consist of:

  • Damaged corners and edges
  • Dents
  • Bends

Please note: You can always refuse to accept a package if the damage is clearly visible on the outside.

 

What do I do in the event of transportation damage?

You have received your order and notice that the package is damaged?

  • Please always check if your product has also suffered damage. Sometimes only the packaging is damaged, but the product remains unaffected.
  • If your check shows that both the package and the product are damaged, please send us an e-mail.
